Clarence D. “Mick” Kolb III, 71, of Gilbertsville, husband of Deborah (Sharp) Kolb, passed away after a short illness on Thursday, April 15 at Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Clarence D. and Betty Jean (Zern) Kolb.

Clarence was a member of Pikeville Sportsman Club, the Boyertown Orioles, and Friendship Fire Company in Royersford. He enjoyed hunting and working outside. Clarence also loved to spend time with his family at Dewey Beach.

Surviving with his wife of 25 years are sons Scott Kolb, husband of Shannon, and Christopher Kolb, husband of Tracey; daughters Angela Groff, wife of Chip and Briana Godin; grandchildren Joshua, Adam, Amber, Alexus, Austin, Shelby, Jaden, and Xander; and great grandchildren Everett, Lincoln, and Willow. He is predeceased by his grandson Jayce and great granddaughter Charlotte.

A memorial service will be Thursday, April 22, 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Phila. Ave., Gilbertsville, with burial to follow in Hill Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00AM to 10:45AM at the funeral home.
