Kathryn E. (Boyer) Axsmith, 88, wife of the late Joseph J. Axsmith, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Chestnut Knoll in Boyertown. Born in Stowe, she was the daughter of the late Paul Boyer and Kathryn (Yanos) Boyer-Missimer. Kathryn worked at the former Stanley G. Flagg company in Stowe for 42 years as a secretary. She enjoyed playing cards with her sisters. Kathryn liked to get together and socialize with her high school classmates and friends over the years. She loved spending time with her family and adored shopping with her daughter and granddaughter. Surviving is her daughter Doreen Inmon, wife of Edward; sisters Pauline Klaptosky and Fern Cullen; granddaughter Holly Inmon-Urban, wife of Brendan; and grandson Jeffrey Axsmith. She is predeceased by her son Dr. Brian J. Axsmith; sisters Dorothy Lucas, Mary Still, and Pearl Dori. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 11:00AM at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church (127 E Howard St, Stowe, PA 19464) with Fr. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery. A visitation will also be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 9:45AM-10:45AM at the church.
