The Black Cherry must have been one of his favorites. That's what I remember when nearing the front door. Even with all the pine trees close by. Always good visits and great food. Our hearts go out to you all. Doug Jr.

I’m so sorry to hear of this loss and sending prayers and love to you all. It has been many years, but I’ll truly never forget that amazing, bellowing laugh of his. I hope you’ll allow all of those wonderful memories to have you smiling through the tears, that’s what he would want- peace and love to all. XO April (Nichols) Hansen

Dear Uncle Lloyd, all our hugs and prayers for your generations of family and friends left behind. Please give Aunty Ginger a big hug from all of us! Don't know if you're allowed cigars up there but I'm sure there's plenty of beautiful green grass to mow! Keel laughing! Love you!

Rest in peace, dear Uncle Lloyd. Mom and I send our heartfelt condolences to cousins, nieces, nephews and family. We remember cherished times together including card games, gathered around the kitchen table. (As a kid, trying to get to sleep and all I could remember hearing was the roar of Uncle's laughter) - oh, and don't forget those cigars! You're one of a kind, love always and thanks for the memories, Vivian and Karin
