Elaine C. (Miller) Preston, 76, wife of Robert F. Preston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Manatawny Manor in Pottstown.
Born in Abbington, PA, she was the daughter of the late Y. Wayne Miller and Dorothy L. (Miller) Miller.
Elaine volunteered for Ridge Fire Hall for a very long time. She also volunteered and ran tours at the East Coventry Historical society. Elaine also was the Republican Committee Woman. Elaine was an avid supporter for all of her children’s sports and activities. She was always uplifting and supportive and could be relied upon for anything. Elaine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving along with her husband Robert of 57 years, is her son Robert F. Preston Jr., husband of Dina; daughter Carolyn D. Micklesavage, wife of Ross; daughter Kyra M. Ebert, wife of Fred; brother Wayne H. Miller; sister Grace Thompson, wife of Rick; sister Beth Miller; grandchildren Michelle D. Miller, Cassandra P. Micklesavage, Preston D Micklesavage, Jacob W. Ebert, and Cole E. Ebert. She is predeceased by her brother Henry C. Miller.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 1:00pm at Catagnus Funeral Home (711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464). Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, from 11:00AM-1:00PM. Burial will be held privately by the family.
