I am so sad to learn of Tony's passing. We worked together extensively at Rouse and First Industrial. Tony was a visionary. He was a pleasure to work with as he always took care of his team. I am grateful to have known Tony and Shirley. My love and best wishes to the Muscatello family.

Tony and I were best of friends and stayed in touch through the years. We last conversed in May. This came as quite a shock. We had many great stories together.

Tony was the greatest mentor a young lady looking for direction could have ever hoped for ... he taught me so much about the real estate business from developing sites to managing properties, he introduced me to a whole new level of community service and outreach.

It's been a long time since I worked for Tony, but over the past 22 years he was always a phone call away, if I needed advise or just to chat.

His compassion for people made him a great leader ... his personality made him a great friend. I only hope he knows how many lives he changed for the better.

My condolences to the entire Muscatello Family. Tony was a mentor and a consequential force in my real estate career. I’ll never forget him figuring out a BTS rental rate on the back of a old school pink telephone message slip for a 400,000 sf distribution center. He was $.01 off after the development accountants calculated that more than a week later. RIP Tony! You helped a lot of people in the real estate field.
