Phil was an incredible man. Always had a smile on his face and that little snicker of a laugh. I worked with him for many years at Souderton High School. He was always the "got to" weatherman. Kids and staff loved him. He was also the photographer at our wedding. My wife and I were saddened by the news. We will never forget Phil.
