Kent High Jr., “Squirrel”, 64, of Pottstown, North Coventry Twp., husband of Corinne (Scott) High, passed away on Friday, Jan. 31 at Reading Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late E. Kent High Sr. and Charlotte K. (Kersbergen) High.
Kent was a member of Coventry Church of the Brethren. He enjoyed working on his muscle cars and Harleys and was a huge fan of action movies. Kent loved his farm and family. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving with his wife of 37 years are daughters Kourtney High, Torri High, and Sara High; grandchildren Jayson Kent Beideman and Joie High Beideman; sister Jari High Loughin; and nephews Ryan, Scott, and Michael Loughin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, 11:00AM at Coventry Church of the Brethren, 946 Keen Rd, Pottstown, PA 19465.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Farm Aid in Kent’s name. Please make checks payable to Corinne High and include “c/o Farm Aid” in the memo line. All donations will benefit less fortunate farmers and their families.
