Elizabeth Matilda Agnes (Kolarz) DeAngelo, 85 years old,
formerly of North Coventry PA., widow of Philip DeAngelo, died Monday, January
20 at Coventry Manor Nursing Home, Pottstown.

Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Matilda Kolarz Carr.

She attended St. Aloysius School. In Support of the WW II war efforts,
Elizabeth worked for Jacobs Aircraft Corp, which manufactured airplane engines
and for Dohler Jarvis, which manufactured firing pins. Following WWII, Elizabeth,
an expert seamstress, had a 30 year career in several of the Pottstown area
dress manufacturing companies as a sewing machine operator. Elizabeth was a
member of St. Aloysius parish.

In addition to her mother and husband, Elizabeth as predeceased be her infant
son Frank. Surviving are two sons, Philip of North Coventry and James of
Warwick Twp., husband of Sally, and two grandchildren, Jaime and Caroline.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 11:00AM at ST. Thomas More R.C.
Church, RT 100 & Cadmus Rd., Pottstown, with Fr. Hugh Dougherty
officiating. Burial will be in St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Lower Pottsgrove Twp.
Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30AM to 10:45AM at the church.
