Howard Lee Lynch, Sr., 72, of Lower Pottsgrove, husband of Doris Elizabeth (Doman) Lynch of 49 years, passed away Tuesday December 29, 2020 at the Pottstown Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Ida Louise (Stierly) Lynch.
Howard owned a plaster and stucco contracting business for 38 years, retiring about 10 years ago, but he was never one to sit still. He still liked to help others with their projects, especially his son.
Howard was an avid antique car enthusiast. He spent many hours in his garage restoring and working on cars. He enjoyed traveling the United States by car. He and his wife took several long trips across the country, to Florida and California.
Surviving along with his wife is one son Howard Lee Lynch, Jr. husband of Beth; one daughter Holly Anne Long wife of Thomas; three grandchildren Noah, Sawyer, and Evan; one sister Gladys Zadoyko wife of Thomas; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Along with his parents, Howard was predeceased by his brothers Winfield, Gerald, Ronald, Kenneth, and Raymond Lynch; and his sister Mildred (Lynch) Shelly.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday January 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM at St. James Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Rd., Limerick, PA 19468. Burial will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 1:00-1:45 PM at the church.
