Jacob “Jake” Anderson, 21, of Limerick, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 14 after a tragic UTV accident.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of Kathleen (Tryanski) Anderson, partner of Shawn Jackson and wife of the late William Anderson.
Jake was a 2016 Spring-Ford HS graduate and went on to launch his own business, Anderson Outdoor Maintenance, in Limerick. He had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating. Jake also loved fixing anything and everything he could.
Surviving with his mother is brother Travis Anderson; aunts Paula Coll, wife of James, Mandy Wittschen, wife of David, and Tammy Anderson; maternal grandfather Tony Tryanski, husband of Connie; and paternal grandmother Diane (Wilson) Anderson. Along with his father he is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Maryanne Murray O’Neill, and her husband, Michael J. O’Neill.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Sept. 20, 11:00 a.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Road, Royersford. Burial will follow in George Washington Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
