He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Joan Seman; his beloved wife Juliet; his two children Jeremy and Krista; two grandchildren; and his three beloved dogs Cooper, Zora, and Sammy.
He will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park, 701 Farmington Ave., Pottstown on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 11:00AM with military honors.
Juliet, we are deeply sorry for your loss. Our sympathies to you and your family.
Joe was a great friend and co-worker. We shared much laughter, joy, good times, occasional panic, and always, we shared great music. I miss his voice, chiding me. I miss working long hours together on what we knew was at times, a thankless job. I miss the laughter, the tears and the true, heartfelt support we gave one another in difficult times. I will always miss this man; but I will cherish the memories we made together.
