Lillian E. Turner, 95, of Limerick, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at The Sanatoga Center on Thursday, July 4, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Turner for 67 yrs.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the oldest daughter of the late Andrew and Lillian (Carson) Wolfrum.
Lillian was a long term member of the Wissinoming Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, where she held several positions before transferring to the Westminster Mayfair Presbyterian Church.
Lillian found joy in home decorating, flower arranging and gardening. She loved all animals, especially dogs, who provided her great companionship and comfort.
Lillian was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She cherished her pictures and family stories and proudly shared with friends and caregivers.
Surviving is her daughter Linda Otto, wife of Richard; daughter-in-law Carol Turner (Richard); sister Carol Donahue (Pat); 3 grandchildren Jennifer Geoghan, Stephen Otto (Erin) and Jonathan Otto (Lauren); 6 great-grandchildren Katherine, Connor, Ella, Jessica, Anya and Kiera; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her son Richard Turner, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
A private graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Huntington Valley, at the convenience of the family.
