Mabel I. (Ream) Warner, 87, of Lower Pottsgrove Twp., widow of the late Frank Warner, passed away on Monday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

Born in Elverson, Mabel was the daughter of the late John and Ada (Strock) Ream.

Mrs. Warner was a resident of the Pottstown area, where she lived with long time friend and care giver Dan Kovaluk. Mabel worked at the Pottstown Hospital for a period of time where she was a nurse’s aid. She also worked for Manatawny Manor Nursing Home for 15 years before retiring in 1988.

Surviving are sons Charles Warner, husband of Patricia, and Edgar Warner, husband of Joann, both of Honey Brook and Irvin Warner, husband of Debra, of West Chester; daughters Betty Dampman, wife of Ralph, of TN, Dora Sensenig of Temple, Barbara Perez, and Patricia Cuevas, wife of Hose, both of Reading; brothers John Ream of FL and Ralph Ream of Oxford; sisters Jane Miller of Pottstown and Helen Finefrock of New Holland; and several grand and great grandchildren.  Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by sons Frank and Robert Warner; son in law Richard Sensenig; brothers Aaron, Kenneth, Irvin, George, Bill, Roy and Earl Ream; and sisters Helen Forman and Thora Hillsworth.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 711 N. Franklin Street, Pottstown with Rev. Jeffrey Reimold officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Bible Church Cemetery in ST. Peter’s on Rt.23. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:30AM to 10:45AM at the funeral home.
