Margaret Lowrey Romberger, 83, of Pottstown, wife of the late Karl Arthur Romberger, and long-time companion of Edward Kelczewski, passed away on Sunday, March 28 at PowerBack Rehabilitation in Exton.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Doolan) Lowrey.

Margaret received her bachelors degree in psychology from Penn State. She worked briefly as a substitute teacher and for many years at Weis Market in Gilbertsville. In her younger years she enjoyed swimming at the YMCA and loved her dogs.

Surviving are her sons Charles Romberger, husband of Edward Sklarosky, Matthew Romberger, husband of Patricia, Karl Arthur Romberger, Jr., husband of Marcie, and Andrew Romberger, husband of Mariella; sister Hannah Lowrey; grandchildren Katherine Elder (Kevin), Jameson, Laura, Christian Romberger, Elise Manzini (Thomas), Julia, and Karl Romberger; and great grandchild Ronan Elder. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her brother Charles Lowrey and sister Ethel Kmiecik.

A graveside service will be Thursday, April 8, 11:00AM at Fairview Cemetery, Boyertown.
