Mary M Kramer was born to the late Stanley and Anna Melcher on July 2 1958. After she graduated high school, she went to work at Great American Knitting Mills in Bally, Pennsylvania. This is where she would meet her husband, Carl Kramer, and were married on June 6 1981 in Bally, where they met. She raised two beautiful daughters with Carl, and taught them to be strong, independent woman who could do anything they put their minds to, just like herself. Even though she started working at Great American Knitting Mills, her life work would be at Boyertown Area Junior High West Center where she worked in the cafeteria with her fellow coworkers for over 15 years. Over the course of her employment there, they became her second family. She not only provided lunch for the students but also a smiling face that they could count on. Mary could always be found walking her neighborhood after work, or gardening on the weekends. Her family will always remember her with her shoes off, toes digging in the dirt trying to make the world a beautiful place. Mary is survived by her husband Carl and daughters Kelly and Caitlin, son-in-laws, Chuck and Paul, granddaughter Julie, her two brothers John and Michael and sister Leonette. There will be no funeral services. All condolences can be made to Catagnus Funeral Home in Gilbertsville, PA. Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the following charities in her name: National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502 or Boyertown Area Multi-Service, 200 West Spring Street, Boyertown, PA 19512
