Philip D. Eddinger, 86, of Millsboro, formerly of Boyertown, husband of Gayle (Sands) Eddinger, passed away Monday February 15, 2021 at his residence.
Born in Boyertown, he was the son of the late Leon and Loretta (Swavely) Eddinger.
Philip was a life member of Friendship Hook & Ladder Co. in Boyertown. He worked as a welder, salesman, and partner with his sons at Suburban Water Technology. After retirement, he moved to Delaware where he enjoyed life at the shore. Phil loved spending time with his family and friends. His great sense of humor and jokes will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving along with his wife are two sons Randy Eddinger husband of Bonnie and Michael Eddinger husband of Denise; four grandchildren Kyle Eddinger husband of Cathy, Kristi Koniewicz wife of Robert, Rebecca Kuns wife of Grant, and Kelly Yudt wife of Robert; seven great grandchildren Shaylyn, Calvin, Noelle, Benjamin, Violet, William, and Mackenzie; and two sisters Evelyn Sojtori and Connie Moyer wife of Dale.
A memorial service will be held Saturday February 27, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00-11:45 AM at the funeral home.
