Ruth A. (Yeager) Seasholtz, 83, wife of the late Jack D. Seasholtz Sr., passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Belle Haven Nursing Home in Quakertown.
Born in Spring City, she was the daughter of the late Robert P. Yeager Sr. and Mary (Bucher) Yeager.
Ruth loved playing cards with her friends in Florida. She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, reading books, and cooking. Ruth also loved going out to eat with friends and family. She was a member of the Doe Club #814 and of the Eastern Star. She was a past Matron of the former Spring Ford Chapter #518 and a former member of Schuylkill Chapter #338. She was a member of Past and Present Officers Assoc. Region 14. Ruth was also a former member of the Lions Club and member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Obelisk.
Surviving is her children Jack Seasholtz Jr., Kathryn Badman, Jackie Pierson, companion of Rick Quincoses, and Deborah Kabak, wife of Edward; sisters Marilyn Pence of Spring City and Karen Yeager of California; grandchildren Alexa Jaide Seasholtz, Kadin David Seasholtz, Russell Badman Jr., Jared Badman, and Heather Pierson; great grandchildren Shyann Hand and Colton Travis. She is predeceased by her granddaughter Krystal A. Badman and great grandson, Lorcan J. Travis; brothers Robert Yeager, George Yeager, Richard Yeager, Kenny Yeager, and Johnny Yeager.
Services will be held privately by the family at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105) in Ruth’s name.
