Susan N. Jendzurski, 64

Susan Naomi (Bullwinkle) Jendzurski, 64, wife of Thomas Jendzurski, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at her home in Upper Providence Township, PA.

Born in Norristown, PA and raised in Lafayette Hill, PA, Susan was the daughter of the late Herman Conrad Bullwinkle and Mildred Virginia (Wagner) Bullwinkle, and stepdaughter of the late Marguerite Garda Jones.

Susan was a devoted wife, mother, and ‘Neema’ who loved spending time with her family and friends. Susan was always very supportive and encouraged both of her kids’ activities and events. Susan served the Spring-Ford School District as a learning support assistant for two decades and participated in various Bible study and prayer groups offered at Church of the Savior. Susan also enjoyed sitting poolside with friends as a member and board member for Nine Oaks Swim Club and teaching life skills as a Girl Scout troop leader. In her spare time, Susan enjoyed walking the neighborhood, scrapbooking, needlework, playing the piano, reading a good book with a dog in her lap, and playing games on the computer or iPad, especially Solitaire, word games, and coloring apps.

Surviving along with her husband Thomas of 34 years, are her children Lauren M. Schubert, wife of David, and Michael B. Jendzurski, husband of Allison; brother Kenneth J. Bullwinkle, husband of Maureen; grandchildren Landyn D. Schubert, Rayden A. Schubert, and Bryelle L. Schubert; nephew Kenneth J. Bullwinkle Jr; and niece Amanda N. Bullwinkle.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (329 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468) with Pastor Tom Walsh officiating. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 9:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s name to the integrative health organization Unite for Her.

Add My Condolences

TJ, you, Sue and the kids were one of the first families we met when we came to Oaks Elementary a long time ago. Over the years, Sue and I worked together on several committees and projects and she was always such a friendly and happy person who lived for her family and Jesus. I will miss my frequent run ins with Sue (gym, Wegmans - I feel like I saw somewhere at least weekly. She was always up for a good chat!)
TJ, Lauren and Michael, we are holding you close in prayer and thinking of you all.

TJ, Micheal, and Lauren I am so very sorry to hear of Susan’s passing. I know how much you all loved her and my heart is breaking. I haven’t been in contact with her for quite some time now but through the years she always kept me up to date on the family happenings. I still remember when she told me that Micheal had his first girlfriend and then about the next one, etc .(all while shopping at the DB of course!)
There is also the time she cane in to tell me that she was going to be a grandmother. She was the happiest that I have ever seen her on this day and I remember it like it was yesterday. I loved Sue and im thankful to have known her! Prayers to your entire family ??

TJ and family...my most heartfelt condolences to you all. Spouses and moms are such special people in our lives. And know that the memories you created together...shared laughs, long walks, delivering Girl Scout cookies, warm hugs, Christmas cookies & trees decorated...will one day, again, bring smiles to your hearts and faces when you think of her. May our Lord bring you peace....Lynn, Dana Dr

I met Susan through Unite for Her. She made a big difference in this world for many, every day, most often putting others first, caring and kindness. I think we all smiled immediately when we got a call from her or saw her. Much love and prayers for the family and friends that will miss her so.

TJ and family, I had the privilege to meet Sue at a Unite for Her gathering. Then we again met, much to our delight, at Joy in the Evening several years ago. We had the chance to see each other and talk periodically and she was always so supportive to me. Although my inclination is to go to tears at the thought of her passing…I am holding on to the thought of Sue meeting our Savior face-to-face! What a truly joyful time Sue has passed into. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Dear Tom and Family:
Sue lived life in a manner that was honoring to the Lord, her family and friends. Sue was that quiet soul who cared and loved deeply. She was always warm, welcoming, kind, patient and SMILING. How Sue loved her family! Aside from the Lord, her family was front and center. Sue will hold a cherished place in my heart -- and not just mine but in the hearts of so many of the women of JOY in the Evening. She will be missed.
