In 1983 Gregg graduated from Northampton County Community College Funeral Service Education Program, and by 1984 he was a licensed Pennsylvania Funeral Director. In 1985, after having worked at two other funeral homes, he opened Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. Gregg purchased his first location at 711 North Franklin Street in Pottstown, PA. Gregg, a Pottsgrove area native fosters in his staff a commitment to fraternal civic activities in the local communities in which they work.
