Dorothy C. “Dottie” (Kresh) Keim, wife of the late Frank A. Berghold III and Raymond L. Keim, passed away on March 14 at Frederick Living.
Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Frederick G. and Anna E. (Bicking) Kresh.
Dottie was an active member at Calvary UCC Church in Barto. She was the business owner of Berghold’s Produce at Zern’s market for 30 plus years and also owned Berghold’s Flowers, now Wendy’s Flowers. Dottie was a passionate floral designer and loved to bake, knit and crochet.
Surviving are children Alton Henn, husband of Linda, Frank A. Berghold IV, husband of Karen, Jeanne Spence, Wendy I. Treichler, wife of Jim, and Cherie Y. Weller-Reinert, wife of Jeff; grandchildren Tracey Berghold, Jamie Berghold, husband of Sheila, Kevin Berghold, husband of Alicia, Michelle Moyer, wife of Michael, Brandy Williams, wife of Ethan, James Treichler, husband of Tammy, Justin Treichler, husband of Christy, William Spence, husband of Crystal, Kevin Weller II, husband of Mary, Austin Reinert, Joshua Reinert, and Frank Reinert; 16 great grandchildren; and sister Charlotte Amey and Jane Thomson. Along with her husbands and parents she is predeceased by her sister Anna Mae Alexander.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 1st, 11:00Am at Calvary UCC, 1231 Rt. 100, Barto with visitation form 10:30Am to the start of the service.
