I just heard this terrible news today. I worked closely with him for several years but only reached out a couple of times a year after I moved. He has a beautiful family and my deepest sympathies go out to them. I will pray for God’s mercy to heal them and comfort them. I will also pray for Tim that his soul finds peace in our loving Father. I will miss him very much despite being disconnected by distance.

Tim was a wonderful leader and a wonderful man. I couldn't have asked for a better mentor. He taught me many things about our business. He also gave me great advice about life and some of the obstacles we are faced with. He spoke with me many times about family. He loved his family dearly. His face would light up whenever he would speak about them. He will missed. I'm thankful that I was able to meet him and learn from him.

I was fortunate to have worked with Tim at the Streetsboro Home Depot. He had such a spark of positivity. Tim was a strong leader, very motivational, had a great sense of humor and genuinely cared about all of his associates. It is so very sad to think that he's no longer out there with his boundless energy making our world a better place just by being himself. My heartfelt sympathy to all his family on your loss.

To the family of this great man I extend my deepest condolences. Tim touched my life in a way that I have a hard time putting into words. I am a better man for having known him. His leadership and kindness not only changed my life, but helped shape my life into what it is today. Although there is nothing I can do to repay that debt, I will try my very best to pay it forward. God bless you all.
