Carol Ann (Brenish) Paczkowski, 76, wife of David A. Paczkowski, passed away peacefully on Friday, June
3, 2022, at Chestnut Knoll in Boyertown.
Born in Hawk Run, PA, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Agnes (Smerick) Brenish.
Carol spent much of her career working for the state WIC (Women, Infant and Children) program. At
home, she loved to cook and bake and volunteered at her church, helping with food and clothing drives
for the less fortunate. A major passion was traveling and going on cruises with her husband. New
Orleans was a favorite destination.
Surviving along with her husband David of 55 years, is her son David A. Paczkowski Jr.; sisters Donna,
Betsy, Ann Marie, and Betty Ann; granddaughter Hannah Paczkowski; mother of Hannah - Kim
Paczkowski. Numerous nieces and nephews as well.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 2:00PM at Catagnus Funeral Home (711 N.
Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464). Visitation will also be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, from
12:00-2:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately by the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s
Association (act.alz.org). The family would also like to recognize the extraordinary service of the health
care workers at Chestnut Knoll. Thank you
