We knew Dawn through soccer for the past 18 months or so. She and Gabe welcomed Liam onto the team. She was wonderful to talk with and took great care to make sure the boys were well cared for.
We are glad Liam connected with Gabe. We are glad to have known Dawn. She will be missed. Knowing the wonderful young men her sons are becoming says so much about Dawn.

Even though I’ve only met Dawn a few times, I felt like I've known her for a long time and felt like I could always reach out to her. I am really heartbroken to hear about this sudden news and I will pray for Dawn’s family. Thank you for all of your leadership and support for everyone while you were here Dawn.

To the Ruggiero and Preite Families ~ I was honored to have worked with Dawn. Everyone is grieving along with you in your loss. She was such an inspiration to us all, and the memory of kind words, and constant compassion will always be treasured among those who knew her. May your memories give you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

We are so sorry,devastated by the sad news.We remember visiting and her greeting us on your front yard barefoot and smiling. She reminded Nick of his Mom because she was always barefooted. We are here if you need anything at all, you are all in our prayers. We love you.

Dawn was such a kind, warm person. It was a privilege to call her a colleague and friend. She was a rock and true force of nature. I'm having a hard time envisioning Proconex and Valspec without her. I was blessed to work with Dawn, with our offices just a few feet apart. She was an amazing contributor and leader at work but there was no question that family was her top priority. Dawn was my boss from day 1 after college and for more than 10 years after. In reflection this week, I owe so much of who I am and have become thanks to her guidance and tough love. I'm deeply saddened for our collective loss, and to all the souls who will miss the benefit of her love and support she was always ready to share.

Although I only recently met Dawn at a graduation party in Conyngham I was very impressed with her sincere and positive energy and personality! I had the pleasure of meeting her sons who were amazing to say the least. Lee I knew you back in the day and you were always a fantastic person. Please accept my most sincere condolences and know I will be praying for all who loved Dawn. Until you meet again know her love is never ending.

While I did not have the pleasure of working directly with Dawn - the warm, friendly, and supportive culture that Proconex embodies would not be what it is today without Dawn. As one of our greatest leaders, she created what so many others fall short of - a true testament to her character, energy, and vibrant personality. She will be missed by family, friends, and coworkers.
