I will always remember going to Aunt Mary's house with my parents for London broil dinner, complete with peas, baked potato and Mateus wine. My mom and Mary taught at Phoenixville together for decades and knew each other from their days at Ursinus.

Please accept my deepest condolences. Mary inspired me to be a more understanding and empathetic teacher. I loved watching her coach and hearing her say, "That was pretty," when one of her girls scored. A very fine woman has passed from us.

The Phx Class of 1972 sends our condolences to the friends and family . We had the pleasure of seeing Mary at our 40 th class reunion with her friend Mrs. Francis what a great time we all had with many stories and laughs. She remembered all of us and she gave us all the encouragement we needed as teenagers to be strong and not have self doubt and not quit ! She was a great teacher and coach to many of us and will be remembered by all fondly! RIP

I remember Mary well as a member of the Class of ‘81 and then later as a colleague teaching me the ropes at lunch time during my first year as a teacher. Fond memories of her and the warm and wonderful person she was.

You were my favorite coach and mentor, who grew into a great friend. I am so grateful that you taught Bert and I to golf, and provided the opportunity for my 3 sons to learn golf at an early age. I have so many fond memories from the PHAGL to hanging out with the “Girls”. I will miss all those “whine” and cheese get togethers, but mostly , I will miss your friendship, sharp wit, and laughter…I can just hear you saying oh geeez.
Sorry that I will miss your funeral but I will be “Mickey Mousing Around” in Florida.
Slainte!

Mrs. Lozier made gym class even better than your favorite class. I vividly remember her with a golf club in her hands at Meadowbrook trying to get us to appreciate the sport she loved so much. She lit up watching us learn and enjoyed letting us just be kids. When she’s popped into my mind over the years, she always brings a smile to my face. My condolences to her family and friends. She was wonderful!

I remember Miss Lozier fondly from my high school days at PAHS Class of 1967. I was in no way an athlete but she always took such an interest in each and every one no matter what our strengths or weaknesses were. She was definitely a credit to the teaching profession. Rest In Peace Dear Lady. ??
