The Lord embraced Nathan Thomas Sands with open arms on November 4, 2022.

Nathan was born in April of 1978, the son of Robert and Susan Sands of Douglassville and brother to Lisa, William, and Robert Jr., as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews.

After attending Daniel Boone High School, he filled his life with work and life’s simple pleasures. Nathan enjoyed all types of music and strummed many a tune on his own guitar and banjo, prized possessions that he protected and pampered over the years. He also loved reading books and being outdoors, especially at night when he would gaze upward in solitude at the multitude of planets and stars. Cooking was another hobby that enriched Nathan’s life, and he was capable of whipping up a variety of tasty dishes enjoyed by family and friends. Soft spoken with a gentle smile, Nathan no doubt left a perpetual imprint in the hearts and minds of those he left behind. Everlasting peace now surrounds him in heaven.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Cedarville United Methodist Church (1092 Laurelwood Rd., Pottstown, PA 19465). Friends and family are welcome to attend his visitation from 10:00-11:00AM at the church. A luncheon will follow at the church social hall.
