Ellen M. (Cordy) Hauck, 78, wife of the late Harley A. Hauck, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 11, 2022, at her home in Boyertown.
Born in Wiconisco, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Augusta (Siemums) Cordy.
Ellen was an avid Penn State and racing fan. She couldn’t miss a Saturday of Penn State Football or a Sunday of watching NASCAR Racing with her husband. Ellen volunteered often at the Senior Center and would meet weekly at St. Columbkill Church. She was known for cooking delicious homemade dinners on Sunday evenings. Ellen liked to stay active. She enjoyed golfing and bowled in a weekly league. Ellen loved her family dearly and enjoyed providing for them.
Surviving is her son Derek Hauck, husband of Tara; grandsons Andrew Hauck, Fiancé of Hannah, and David Hauck, husband of Nicole; sisters Mary Fenstermacher and Lynette Hoffman, wife of Ronnie. She is predeceased by her brother Earl Cordy and her sister Jean Raudenbush.
Services will be held privately by the family.
