Thomas Edward Shuhler Jr., 78, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at his home in Macungie.
Born in East Greenville, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Shuhler Sr. and Rose R. (Roman) Shuhler.
Thomas loved hunting, especially for bear and deer. He enjoyed working on their family farm and was always known as a very kind, helpful, and generous man. Thomas truly loved spending time with his family. In his early years, he loved to cut hair as a barber and drove tour buses. Thomas operated and owned his own construction business for more than 50 years. He will be remembered as a very loving dad, grandpa, and brother.
Surviving are his children Tom Shuhler, husband of Beth; Debbie Acito, Rick Care, and Greg Care; sisters Marguerite Binner and Rosemary Wimmer; grandchildren Kaidon, Nicholas, and MaKenna. He is predeceased by his son Anthony Shuhler and his granddaughter Emma Ruth Shuhler.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464) with Deacon David Kubczak officiating. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 9:30-10:45AM at the funeral home.
