Linda M. Bauer, 72, of Boyertown, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Pottstown Hospital.

Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marilyn (Neiman) Bauer.

In her spare time, Linda was an avid reader and loved genealogy. Linda was a longtime member of Colebrookdale Chapel and longtime member of the Boyertown Historical Society. She was also a lifelong member of the NRA. Linda was a loyal Philadelphia Phillies fan. Playing Halo on her computer is how Linda spent her late evenings.

Surviving Linda is her best friend and neighbor Sheila Heydt, as well as her aunts Jean Keim and Gail Miller and numerous cousins.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 10:00-11:00AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (1020 E. Philadelphia Ave, Gilbertsville, PA 19525). The funeral service will follow the viewing at the funeral home with Rev. Eugene Zaiser officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society (https://donate3.cancer.org/) in Linda’s name.

Add My Condolences

I tried to remember how long I've known Linda, but I can't for it seems like a lifetime but yet not long enough, I will miss all of the laughs we had sitting around your kitchen table, rest easy my friend, for someday we will meet again.
