Dorothea “Dot” M. Hoffa, 84

Dorothea “Dot” M. (Shupe) Hoffa, 84, wife of the late Henry Hoffa, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Greenfield Senior Living in Schwenksville.

Born in Roxboro, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Grace (Beard) Shupe.

Dot was an avid scrapbooker of her family and her cruises. She was very much into crafting and family genealogy.

Surviving is her daughter Sherry L. Conlen, wife of Mark; step-daughter Sandra Cunnius, wife of Richard; brother Clifton Shupe (Jr.); granddaughters Erin, Codie, Brianna, Celeste; grandsons Jason and Todd; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd. (329 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468) with visitation from 6:00-8:00PM and Fr. Allen Hoffa officiating a memorial service at 8:00PM. Burial will take place privately by the family the following day.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal House Project, 72 Robinson St, Pottstown, PA 19464 www.animalhouseproject.org

I had the pleasure of knowing Dot for her last few years, while I worked part time at the front desk at Greenfield Senior Living. What a doll and loaded with information for all and always wanting to help other residents. She surely, will be missed!

Dottie taught me a lot over the years we worked together at Westover Companies. She was a great boss and friend. I will always cherish my memories I have of her. I pray for peace and comfort for her family during this difficult time.
