Glenn D. Fisher, 71

Glenn D. Fisher (Tiny), 71, of Pottstown, passed away Thursday March 23, 2023 at the Pottstown Hospital.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Arthur and Rose (Novak) Fisher.

Glenn worked as an over the road truck driver and locally for 29 years until his retirement in 2000. He enjoyed working for John Black’s Livestock. He was a huge racing fan and enjoyed watching western TV shows. He loved going to Grandview Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, and Williams Grove Speedway to watch the dirt track racing. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was a man with many nicknames… Tiny, Santa, and Uncle Jesse were the most popular. He was always up for a new adventure and a good time. He was a big man with an even bigger heart. He loved spending time with his family and riding his John Deere tractor.

Surviving are his daughters Staci L. McKinney, wife of Joseph McKinney and Nanci L. Freese; grandchildren Victoria Eisenhard, Dakota Roeder, Wyatt Fisher, and Veronica Freese.

Along with his parents, Glenn was predeceased by his sister Karen Fisher.

A memorial service will be held Saturday April 1, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00-2:45 PM at the funeral home.

Glenn will be missed by many. He was a kind man who was always willing to help.

I’m sorry for your loss. I will miss waking up early to watch Westerns with him, his laugh, and most of all…his hugs. He always gave the best hugs. The type of hug that made you feel safe and comforted, like, “hey, everything will be okay.” I’ll miss him forever.

He was a amazing man. I always love come seeing him in Collegeville. I used to stay at the house on the weekend with mama Nanci. He was always fun and amazing to have a round. Rest in peace. I love you all and I am here if you need anything.
