Joan Ann (Catt) Hawkins, 83, wife of the late Theodore E. Hawkins Jr., passed away peacefully on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Pottstown Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late George Michael Catt and Elizabeth Ann (Valko) Catt.

Joan loved camping and square dancing with her husband, Theodore. She was an avid fan of the Philadelphia 76ers and Phillies and loved to watch their games on TV.

Surviving is her son Ted Hawkins, husband of Sandra; daughter Patti Mitchell, wife of Phillip; son Ken Hawkins, husband of Tammy; grandchildren Westley, Matthew, Travis, and Tori (Hawkins) Balkiewicz; great granddaughter Isla Mitchell.

Services will be held privately by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Line Animal Rescue (1149 Pike Springs Rd, Chester Springs, PA 19425) in Joan’s name.

Dear Patti and all the families....My heartfelt condolences to you all...I knew Joan thru grade school, high school and Bud and I kept company with them for many years. May memories of better days be of some comfort to you all in the years ahead. May they rest in peace together now.

My deepest condolences to Patti, Ted and Kenny, I have very fond memories of
Joan, especially back in the late 60’s when her children were young and Joe and
I used to hang out at the Woodlawn Avenue home in Phoenixville. RIP Joan??
