Pamela “Pam” Marie Heaton, 67

Pamela “Pam” Marie Heaton, 67, wife of the late Charles E. Heaton Jr., passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Pottstown Hospital.

Born in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Ernest John Ottens and Elizabeth J. (Dzierzewski) Iskowitz.

Pam loved her children, family, and friends; they were the most important part of her life. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and going to the beach. Pam was always kind and dependable. She was known for her unselfishness and for always putting others’ needs first. Pam also loved her dog, Casper. She was a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish in Schwenksville.

Surviving are her 3 children Nicholas L. Serena (Bridget), Kaitlan O. Heaton (Greg), and Colton A. Heaton; mother Elizabeth J. (Dzierzewski) Iskowitz; father, Ernest Ottens; siblings Janet Santos, Paul Ottens (Lisa), Debra Sckalor (Bobby), Lizabeth West (Harold), Erich Ottens (Kathleen); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her stepfather Philip Iskowitz, brother Kenneth Iskowitz, and sister Phyllis Ottens.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 10:30AM at Catagnus Funeral Home (329 N. Lewis Rd, Royersford, PA 19468). Burial will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 9:00am-10:30am at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Pamela’s name.

Just found out about Pam’s passing, so sorry and shocked. We lost touch with each other but she was a fun person to work with and was always ready to lend a helping hand. She sure loved her family and cooking for them! She was one person who could really make me laugh and I will always treasure those times. I wish her family and friends my heartfelt condolences and may they remember happier moments that will help them through this difficult time.! May God Bless you all! Thelma
