Jean Ann (Aschilman) Longacre, 90, of Barto, wife of the late John “Jiggs” Longacre, passed away Tuesday May 30, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.
Born in West Liberty, OH, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Clara (Slaughter) Aschilman.
Jean Ann was a member of Butter Valley Community Church in Bally. She enjoyed antiquing, gardening, reading, and making cross stitch quilts.
Surviving are her children Brenda Longacre, Steve Longacre husband of Wendy, and Jeffrey Longacre husband of Lissa; grandchildren Aaron, Ava, Devon, and Mya; great grandchildren Stella and Archer.
Along with her husband and parents, Jean Ann was predeceased by her son Greg Longacre and sister June Rademacher.
Services will be held at a later date.
