Dustin Joseph Peterka-Rahn, 28, of Royersford, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023, at his residence in Pottstown, PA. He formerly attended Spring-Ford High School and graduated from Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center, class of 2013. He also took classes at Montgomery County Community College.
Born in Pottstown, he was the beloved son of R. James Rahn and Veronica (Peterka) Rahn.
Surviving along with his parents is his daughter Estella Mae Wise, Estella’s mother Courtney Wise, and two sisters, Abigail Rahn and Lucy Rahn. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joseph S. Peterka and Ruth (Yarnall) Peterka.
Dustin enjoyed playing golf, chess, video games, books, and writing. He also played guitar and enjoyed music and movies as well as playing with his cat. Dustin recorded a hole in one at Linfield National Golf Club in 2009. He was most recently employed at Outback Steak House in Royersford, PA.
Dustin most of all cherished spending time with his daughter Stella.
Dustin always brought a smile to the faces of those around him despite whatever pain he was experiencing. Whether he was golfing with his dad, texting with his mom, spending time with his friends and sisters, or playing with his daughter, he always made the day brighter. He was a loving father, good brother and friend, and a great son. He is greatly missed and loved.
Funeral services will be held Thursday June 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
