Add My Condolences

Fran was abundantly kind and loving. The love and laughs she gave to my family as her neighbors will never be forgotten. I am very grateful for her enduring friendship with my mother over the years. I'll always smile thinking of our chats on the porch. My condolences and best wishes to her family. Sending a smile and a hello up to Fran!
