I moved to railroad street as a little kid in middle school 20+ years ago. Pop always would be seen walking his dog up and down the street. He would always stop to talk to my family if we were outside. He would even give my kids little toys when he saw them. He was definitely One of a Kind! He will forever be missed! REST IN PEACE POP!!!!! You will be missed!
