Peter Frasca, 74
Peter Frasca, 74, of Pottstown, husband of Marian C. (Maniscalco) Dugan Frasca, passed away Tuesday November 28, 2023 at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Francis and Mary Louise (Brandel) Frasca.
Peter served in the US Army Security Agency during the Vietnam War. He operated and sold collectibles and memorabilia at Zerns until it closed, and to date at the Swamp Door, Gilbertsville, Pa. Peter also loved sports, was an avid Phillies fan, and was commissioner for 20+ years of a fantasy baseball team while managing his own team. He also enjoyed bowling and was league secretary for many years at Limerick and Jay Lanes.
Surviving along with his wife is his son Peter J. Frasca husband of Kristy; daughter Jennifer Underwood; step-sons William Joseph Dugan husband of Heidi and John Paul Dugan husband of Jennifer; step-daughters Theresa Dugan Sharp wife of Darvin and Christine Dugan Smith wife of Jason; brothers Michael Frasca husband of Denise, Daniel Frasca husband of Kelly, and Jerry Frasca husband of Jacqueline; and many grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Francis Frasca, and sisters Christine Waltz, and Catherine O’Neill.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday December 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Columbkill Church, 200 Indian Spring Rd., Boyertown, PA 19512. Interment will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories Mausoleum. Visitation will be held Wednesday December 6, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525 and on Thursday December 7 from 10:00-10:45 AM at the church.
