Pauline M. Weller, 81

Pauline M. (Sell) Weller, 81, wife of the late Bob A. Weller, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at her home in Barto.

Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Geneva (Wentzel) Sell.

Pauline was a very active member of Calvary UCC in Barto. She was an elder, choir director and member, beloved Sunday school teacher and youth group leader. She continued her religious service in various leadership roles in the Pennsylvania Southeast UCC Conference including Moderator. She also enjoyed her role as a guest speaker at other congregations. She loved going to the mountains, traveling with family and quilting. She enjoyed tracing her family's genealogy and recording stories of her ancestors for future generations. She retired from Boyertown Multi Service where she was the Under 60 Case Worker. This would have been her busiest time of the year as she coordinated Christmas for hundreds of families throughout the years. She was loved by many and lived a life of service to her community. Her most important roles were wife, mother, Gram, GIGI and Sis, and she was exceptional at all of them.

Surviving are her children Elizabeth “Betsy” Crable, wife of Darryl; son Clifford Weller, husband of Michelle Gehris; sister Mary Delo; brothers Garry Sell, Bernard Sell, David Sell, Roger Sell, and Joseph Raysor; grandchildren Clinton Crable, Cody Crable, Courtney Malloy, Chloe Duvall, Hannah Weller, and Noah Weller; great grandchildren Jalen Malloy, Nova Malloy, Reece Malloy, Eloise Duvall, and Harlan Duvall. She is predeceased by her sisters Doris Sell, Audrey Sell, Charmaine Schoch, and Madeline Sell; brothers Arlan Sell, and Brian Sell.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Catagnus Funeral Home (1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525). A funeral service will follow at 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Preston’s Pantry ( http://www.boyertownareamulti-service.org/prestons-food-pantry.html) or to Relay for Life (https://donate.cancer.org/) in Pauline’s name.

My deepest condolences to the family on the loss of such a wonderful person. Pauline will be remembered fondly by myself and others. She was somewhat a mentor to me in the church, a true blessing. She talked about all of you and love you all so very much.
