Michael O. Deery, 59, husband of Melissa Ann (Seiscio) Deery, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023, at his home in Boyertown.
He was the son of Linda (Speece) and the late Oscar Deery.
Michael loved to bowl and participated in several leagues throughout his life. He enjoyed fishing and he liked football. Michael was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and was also a NASCAR fan. He collected steins of all types, especially Budwiser collection. Michael was a very skilled welder and was a hard worker. He loved his children and grandchildren very much and always put others’ needs before his own.
Surviving along with his wife Melissa of 26 years, is his son Louis Loeper, husband of Kat; daughter Mikaela Engarde, wife of Devin; grandchildren Lilly Engarde, Malakai Engarde, Louis Loeper IV, and step grandchildren Amelia and Ezra. He is predeceased by his grandparents Loretta and George and half-sister Crystal.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 10:00AM at Shepherd of the Hills Calvary Chapel (527 Hoffmansville Rd, Bechtelsville, PA 19505) with Pastor Collin officiating. Burial will follow at Shepherd of the Hills Calvary Chapel Cemetery. A visitation will also be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 9:00-10:00AM.
