Helen M. Moll, 97

Helen M. (Johnson) Moll, 97, wife of the late Charles H. Moll Jr., passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Chestnut Knoll in Boyertown.

Born in Layfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Beulah (Kulp) Johnson.

Helen loved to play cards, especially Bridge. She was the Assistant Vice President of the National Bank of Boyertown. Helen was very involved member of Good Shepherd UCC in Boyertown. She was a Sunday School Teacher and a Stephen Minister for several years there. Helen was also a charter member of the Junior Women’s Club of Boyertown. She was also proud that she was the secretary of her class of Boyertown 1943.

Surviving are her children Gregory Moll, husband of Linda; Christine Spade, wife of Vincent; and Jeffrey Moll, companion of Katie; brother Carl Johnson, husband of the late Marcia; grandchildren Sean Moll, Shane Moll, Kyle Wilhelm, Christopher Wilhelm, Loren Varney, and Emily Moll; 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughter Sherrill Miller; brother Henry K. Johnson; and grandson Stephen Miller.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 11:00AM at Good Shepherd UCC (35 W Philadelphia Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512) with Pastor Robert Ziehmer officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. A viewing will also be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 9:30AM-10:45AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caring Hospice (400 Commerce Dr c, Fort Washington, PA 19034) or to Good Shepherd UCC in Helen’s name.

Helen was a beloved member of Good Shepherd, she always had a smile for everyone she met and a helping hand. She will be sadly missed. Our prayers are with her family & friends.
