Arthur E. Walbert, 74, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at his home in Sanatoga Court.
Born in Schnecksville, he was the son of the late Ray and Dorothy (Herber) Walbert.
Arthur enjoyed golfing and watching golf. He also enjoyed bowling. He was a longtime employee of Superior Tube in Collegeville.
Surviving are his siblings Joan Smith, wife of the late Arthur, Gloria Walbert, Barbara Mutter, wife of the late Carl, Edna Kennedy, Josie Sematis, wife of Ernie, Ray Walbert Jr., husband of Linda Lee, Dennis Walbert, husband of Anne, Joyce Jones, wife of the late Gary, Pat Eline, Fiancée of Bill, Carl Walbert, husband of Doris, and Lynette Hoffman, wife of Corey. He is predeceased by his sister Diane Updegrove.
Joint services will be held for Arthur and his sister Gloria, on Monday January 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Visitation will be held Monday from 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spring City Veteran’s Association (11 Independence Dr, Spring City, PA 19475) in Arthur’s name.
