Add My Condolences

What money cannot buy - friendship. Well I got a friend, at no charge, that
lasted for 70 years.

So many wonderful memories of a friendship that began during our school years at Lebanon High school. Bill was a great high school athlete. We enjoyed many Saturday afternoons playing YMCA basketball on the
Hi-Y team. Then he was a great starting pitcher on our high school varsity team.

Bill was one of seven close high school friends that carried on our friendship over nearly 70 years. This fabulous seven rekindled our friendship over the last 7-8 years with the last three joining together for our monthly zoom meetings. Then there were the precious times we met at one of our friend's house for lunch to reminisce about the good old ,
days 70 years ago.

Rest in peace my dear friend

Dear Racine we were shocked to learn of Bills passing ! Bill was a such a warm caring neighbor and we have had many chats with him on the side of the road. He was a fellow dairyman and helped with good advice when David ran the Ice Cream factory. We will miss him and always hold our fond memories close to our heart !
RIP Bill ! Your friends and neighbors the Nelson family

Bill's daughter Anne brought us home a dozen years ago;
Bill welcomed us into his home year over year for the Seeing Eye golf tournaments, he and Racine treated us like family from the very first day. It was an honor and our pleasure to be in his presence. He will be deeply missed ??
