Roseann Auld, 89, wife of the late James Auld, died peacefully in her sleep at home Tuesday February 20th in Collegeville, PA.
Roseann was born in Ayr, Scotland and immigrated to the United States in 1960 with her husband James and eldest daughter Elizabethann. She lived most of her life in Philadelphia before moving to Elkton MD, Bristol PA, and finally Collegeville PA.
Roseann was a devoted mother and grandmother. She adored her only granddaughter Allison and always cherished the moments they spent together. Roseann was an avid reader, reading many books throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed doing puzzles and knitting clothes for her children and grandchild. Roseann was an excellent baker who brought her Scottish heritage to life in her dishes. Roseann loved traveling with her beloved husband of 70 years and especially enjoyed cruising to the Caribbean.
Roseann loved her family dearly and always put their needs above her own. Always taking care of everyone, she never failed to make people feel loved. Everyone who knew Roseann was touched by her love and kindness.
Surviving are her daughters Elizabethann and Heather, son Robert, daughter in law Kathleen, and granddaughter Allison.
