Roy was a good friend, neighbor, and I worked with him for 5 years. He hired me but I don't hold that against him. Linda and I keep Teresa and family in our prayers. Much too young. God Bless

To the man who not only hired me but who taught me your job before u retired. I am forever grateful for how kind you were to me and how much fun we had joking about the marines vs army guys?? rest easy brother ????

Teresa, May time ease your sorrow, may peace replace your heartache, may loving memories of Roy bring you comfort and strength.

Though our words will do little, we hope our thoughts and prayers will support you this time of profound grief. You and Roy shared a beautiful love that was evident to all who knew you. We are holding you in prayer.

Thank you Roy your guidance and care over the nearly 20 years that we worked together. Semper Fi Marine , Rest Easy, we have the watch.

Fond memories of Capt. Gould as a 19 year old in 1981, working at the Montco Prison. He was a great leader, trainer, and mentor. RIP my brother! My condolences to the family.

Mr. Gould was an amazing man! I remember my first time meeting him 23 years ago. He was charismatic, funny and he helped me make MCCF my career home. He jokingly called me Channel which would instantly put a smile on both our faces. Roy will be genuinely missed. My deepest and heartfelt condolences to his family. Thinking of you, sending healing prayers and comfort during your difficult time.

When I started at MCCF you and the other supervisors bet I would not last 2 weeks. I lasted 37 years. I learned a lot from you my friend we had some great times. You will always be remembered.

I’ve known Roy and his boys for over 55 yrs. My girls grew up with Ryan and Russell and had many fun vacations over the years. Theresa my dear, you made Roy so very happy over all these years. When he met you, his entire outlook on life was an explosion of happiness. He loved you without measure. He will so seriously and deeply be missed.
