Nancy D. Airey, 87, of North Coventry, wife of the late Arthur George Airey, passed away Sunday June 9, 2024 in Gilbertsville.
Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late John and Florence (Shaner) Orandosh.
Nancy was a talented cook and baker. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving is her son Rusty Airey; daughter Robin Airey; grandchildren Cody, Jacob, and Kylee; great grandchild Maisy; and sister Patty Mauger.
Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Virginia Balogh and Geraldine Kocon and brothers Eugene and James Orandosh.
Services will be private.
My beautiful grandmother. I was lucky enough to have 33 almost 34 years with you. Some people are mommas boys, daddy's boys, but I was always a mom moms boy, you were always my person my saving grace. No matter what life event I was going through you were there. In your eyes I could do no wrong, you were always my real life angel. You were such a beautiful person inside and out you could turn the darkest nights into the brightest days. I have dreaded this day for many years but I know that you are at peace and you are comfortable. I love you more than words can explain. Give Jef a hug for me and ask pop if God ever apologized for giving him those extremely large ears that didn't work worth a shit. I will always love you. Love cody
I could not have asked for a better mother-in-law all those years. As a grandmother you were most definitely the best. My boys were blessed to have you in their lives. You have given all of us so many great memories & we do talk, laugh about them.Now Maisy will get to know her great grandmother through our memories. Give Jefrey a hug for me!
