Grandpa, though it was a shortened amount of time we were really beginning to truly reconnect and grandfather and grandson. You have pictures of my family that you enjoyed receiving and we would talk often and almost always about family and your life growing up. It was truly and honor and a loving privilege to have you as a grandparent and soul fulfilling as a friend and mentor. While I time was short getting reacquainted I charish it and hold it in my heart mind and body. We love you so much and will deeply miss your presence in our lives.

Love you always grandpa Alex!!
Love Tim, Danielle and Skyler
