Robert Jacobs, 89, of Phoenixville, formerly of N. Wildwood, NJ, husband of Patricia L. (O’Keefe) Jacobs, passed away Saturday July 13, 2024 at the Phoenixville Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Shotroff) Jacobs.
Bob served in the US Air Force Reserves as an airplane mechanic. He was also a member of the Kensington String Band. Bob loved the ocean and enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore.
Surviving along with his wife is his daughter Patricia Cook wife of Shawn; sons Robert J. Jacobs husband of Maryellen, Michael Jacobs husband of Anita, and James Jacobs; grandchildren Michael, Taylor, Sarah, Emily, Laura, and Maddie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 2:00-2:45 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468 with a memorial service following at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
