Virginia “Ginny” Marie Veach Graham Mutter was welcomed by her Lord and Savior on Friday 8/9/24. Ginny spent the last several years of her life being well taken care of by the loving and compassionate memory care staff at Keystone Villa in Douglassville. Thank you to the entire staff of the memory care floor. Prior to that she lived in the Boyertown area most of her life, and eventually spent the last several years in Douglass Village, prior to her move to Keystone Villa. Ginny was predeceased by both her parents, Tony and Mildred Veach, husband Charles “Chuck” Graham, husband Norbert Mutter, brother Raymond Veach, and recently her sister Louise Neiffer. She is survived by sister Peggy Simmons and her husband Buddy, son George Graham and wife Debbie, son Bruce Graham and wife Marcia, and son Donald Graham. Additionally, she is survived by step-daughter Debbie Mountain and husband Michael, and their daughter Lauren. Surviving are grandchildren Josh Graham and wife Amber, Angela Kostreva and husband Shawn, Michael Graham and wife Robin, Sara Graham and husband Zac Josefowski, Andrew Graham, and Abby Graham, as well as great grandchildren Hailey, Trinity, Trent, Gavin, Audrey, Wyatt, Brooklyn, and Aiden. She was a loving sister, mother, aunt, grandma, mom-mom, GiGi and friend to all. She enjoyed socializing with friends & family, playing cards, traveling, spending time at the beach with family, and mostly joking around and having fun.
Ginny was born in Schuylkill County on February 22, 2036 to parents Tony and Mildred Veach. In middle school her father moved the family from Mt Caramel to the north end of Pottstown while he grew his thriving lumber yard and construction company. She graduated from St Aloysius middle school in 1950 and then moved on to Pottstown High School, graduating in 1954. After high school she attended Pierce Business College in Philadelphia, where she honed her business skills that she would use throughout her career. Ginny worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for many years handling any and all office tasks, until she retired in the late 1990’s.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 27, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius New Cemetery, Pottstown. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:00-10:45 AM at the funeral home.
