First and foremost, I want to send my deepest condolences to Alberta’s Family. Sending you love, peace, and prayers during these times!

Taking care of my adopted grandmother or “gram” as I would call her was one of the most special moments. I will never forget the time we spent together laughing, crying, and just hanging out. Everytime I came back from school/ where I now live, I’d make sure to surprise gram and spend some time with her. She was one of my biggest supporters in going back to nursing school and always made sure to say how proud of me she was. When I was home, I’d even help get her ready for bed because I loved spending the extra time with her. She would always make sure everyone was doing okay before worrying about her own needs. She was a very committed to her faith and was always someone I could go to if I needed to talk about something! She will truly be missed by not only myself, but many of the Amity Place staff!!
