Margaret “Peg” E. (Mundy) Pleier, 72, of Pottstown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Horace Lincoln Mundy and Margaret Bertha (Haag) Mundy.
Peg enjoyed arts and crafts. She was skilled in many crafts, especially crocheting. She also liked watching cooking shows. Above all else, Peg was a very loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughters Melissa “Becky” Pleier and Jaime Glick (Shawn); brother Robert Mundy; sister-in-law Joan Mundy, wife of her late brother Joseph “Butch” Mundy Sr.; sister-in-law Marianne Mundy, wife of her late brother Horace “Skip” Mundy Jr.; grandchildren Quentin Pleier, Noah Pleier, Freya Glick and Conner Glick, several nieces and nephews and the beloved cat Potter.
Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
